SAILING YACHT – 54 METERS
For the S/Y Pink Gin, a sailing yacht built by the Baltic Yachts shipyard, we carried out works over a period of 5 months at the STP shipyard, in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
The work consisted of:
- Installation and work with the auxiliary combustion pump, located in the lazaretto (fire/bilge). In the new pump it was observed that it was necessary to make modifications to the main support.
- Working on the new piece of cuni D76 mm, corresponding to the main seawater collector. Assembly and approved straw connections.
- Dismantling the saltwater pipes (manifold, valves, filters and tubes), and their corresponding cleaning.
- Removing Jouko valves and exhaust pipes (engine), lazaretto; auxiliary fire pump and pipe cleaning.
- Cleaning the body of Jouko valves.
- In the lazaretto section, removal of pipes and valves 140 mm diameter, corresponding cleaning and assembly on the boat.
- Maintenance of bottom valves, including the seawater collector of the air conditioning system.
- Disassembly of valves, cleaning of bottom valves with grease, drains and collectors, and their subsequent reassembly.
In addition, thorough maintenance was carried out on the bottom valves and all exhaust piping on the engine/generator was pre-inspected.
