About Yacht Plumbing Mallorca
Behind Yacht Plumbing Mallorca, there isn't just a brand created to sound good. There are years of real work, experience in onboard water systems, and a way of doing things where reliability matters as much as execution.
We operate from STP Palma and work with a very clear idea: to respond with sound judgment, intervene with precision and offer solutions that meet the real demands of each vessel.
A journey that began long before 2014
The company was founded in 2014, But its true origin begins earlier. Much earlier.
Humberto Godoy He began his professional career in 2004 within shipyards and technical environments where attention to detail is not an extra, but a requirement. Throughout those years he worked in Italian shipyards such as Wally and Pershing (Ferretti Group), also in Sweden with Ruppert Marine and in Uruguay collaborating with Buquebus. That stage was key to developing something that continues to define the company today: practical knowledge, technical criteria and a way of working based on responsibility.
Over time, that experience became the foundation of Yacht Plumbing Mallorca. Not as a business idea, but as the natural evolution of a career built within the sector, backed by years of work, lasting relationships, and a reputation earned in the trade.
The authority of a company like this doesn't come from rhetoric. It comes from years of experience where systems have to work and mistakes are costly.
The skill is demonstrated by working on board
In this sector, a company is not validated by what it promises, but by how it responds when it enters an engine room, checks an installation, or resolves an incident without further complicating the situation.
Our work is linked to sensitive systems, demanding technical spaces and vessels where every intervention has a real impact on operations, comfort or safety on board.
That's why we talk little about theory and a lot about execution. Diagnosing accurately, acting precisely, and leaving the system functioning as it should isn't just a phrase: it's the foundation of the profession.
- Real specialization in onboard water systems
- Interventions with order, judgment and precision
- Knowledge of the yacht's technical environment
- Ability to respond without improvisation
A family business with genuine commitment
We are a family business, yes. But that's not the only important thing. What's important is how that translates into our work.
Here you'll find direct interaction, real follow-up, and a commitment that isn't delegated. When we take on an intervention, we take responsibility for it.
With the growth of the company, a clearer structure has also been consolidated. Humberto Godoy He is in charge of the commercial management, Matías Godoy leads the operations management and Gabriela Spinelli He leads this stage as CEO. Together they give continuity to the project without losing the essentials: closeness, responsibility and a way of working where involvement remains central.
Growth is also driven by leadership.
Gabriela has been part of the company's evolution since its beginnings, accompanying the project and supporting its development from the early stages.
Two years ago, she joined the team in person and fully assumed leadership as CEO. Since then, her role has been key during a period of growth and consolidation, driving significant changes in the company's internal structure.
Their addition has helped strengthen the project's organization, from creating and restructuring departments to a clearer definition of objectives, processes, and direction. All of this has been achieved without losing the close connection, daily involvement, and internally built vision of the company.
His leadership has helped to strengthen the company's internal structure and to promote a clearer direction, without losing the essence with which it all began.
What do those who work with us value?
In this industry, it's not enough to simply say you do your job well. You have to prove it in every interaction, every response, and every detail that affects the vessel's operations.
Actual specialization
We don't do general plumbing. We work on onboard water systems, with the technical expertise that entails.
Experience that shows
The project's trajectory is not based on theory, but on years of work within the nautical industry and in demanding technical environments.
Direct contact and responsibility
There are no unnecessary layers here. There is clear communication, real follow-up, and a team that responds directly.
Responsiveness
We know that many issues can't wait. That's why we work with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Base at STP Palma
Being within this environment allows us to better understand the timing, coordination, and real demands of the sector.
Long-term trust
What we're aiming for isn't just to do a one-off job and disappear. We want the client to want to call us again.

Some things are better understood when seen. This video reflects our way of working, the environment in which we operate, and how we understand technical service within the nautical industry.
The way we understand this profession
In this sector, doing good work isn't just about knowing how to resolve an issue. It also depends on how you respond, how involved you are, and the level of rigor you maintain in every interaction.
Real responsibility
Every job directly affects the vessel's operations and functionality. That's why we approach every intervention with seriousness and real-time monitoring.
Job well done
We're not just trying to get by. We're trying to find solutions thoughtfully, leave the system in good condition, and do work that also makes sense in the long run.
Clear communication
We believe in direct communication, speaking clearly, and not creating more complexity than necessary when the client needs answers.
Constant evolution
We continue to grow, improve processes and strengthen the team, without losing the foundation with which it all began: skill, commitment and reliability.
STP Palma is part of our way of working
Our base is in STP Palma, one of the most important environments in the Mediterranean for maintenance, refit and technical operations on vessels.
Being here is no small detail. It means working closely with the daily realities of the sector, understanding its rhythms, and operating within a context where time, coordination, and reliability truly matter.
This proximity to the technical environment also allows us to maintain a very practical view of the service: less talk, more responsiveness.
