For the S\/Y Vertigo, we carried out work, over a period of three months, at the Navantia shipyard, in Cartagena, Spain.<\/p>

The work consisted of:<\/p>

Cleaning the drains (hatches on deck):<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

  1. This work consisted of cleaning the drains on the deck and hull, of different diameters.\u00a0<\/li>
  2. An inspection was carried out using special webcams, followed by the corresponding cleaning of the 206 deck drains.\u00a0<\/li>
  3. The drains mentioned were cleaned with a special descaling product and pressurized water.<\/li><\/ol>

    Hot water circulation system:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>

    1. In this work, a new collector was manufactured in 32 mm and 25 mm diameter PPR pipe, and 16 mm multilayer, with the replacement of 2 mixing valves, 10 1'' valves, 2 3\/4'' valves, 3 check valves and several links.\u00a0<\/li>
    2. In addition, the necessary adapters with 3 connecting pieces were placed, concluding with the insulation and manufacturing of the pipes.<\/li>
    3. \u00a0In addition, in the three main fresh water pumps, an existing pipe was replaced with a rigid and hard one, with its corresponding pressure gauge, valves and connections.<\/li><\/ol>

      Finally, the final adjustments and checks of all the work were carried out to ensure its correct operation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
